I had some issues with my car and found Hotchkiss from looking at Google reviews. Being out of state, I’m very cautious and careful to find a new mechanic, but Hotchkiss and Marseilles were wonderful. Extremely helpful and responsive. The customer service here beats others and the price is fair. 10/10 would highly recommend this shop!

I took my car in and Kyle took great care of me. He kept in touch and made sure my vehicle was fixed promptly. It’s been running well since. I would recommend.

I highly recommend. The team is friendly, straightforward, and very willing to explain things. They don't upcharge or pressure to do additional services, but they will also let you know what else needs to be done. I'm very glad to have found them!

Super grateful for this shop! They are kind and easy to work with, very straightforward and honest, explain their findings, don’t try to upcharge, etc etc. But more than just consistently excellent service, they know what they are doing. I would put having a trusted auto shop high on the list of things you need to feel set up in a new city—so I am very glad to have found mine!

I am so glad I was referred to Hotchkiss on Colfax. My car was a bit of a pain but they figured it out and got it repaired in one day. Shout out to Marseilles for the great customer service!
