I came to know Hotchkiss since I move to Colorado in 2010. Each and every time I have have interaction with them, it has been a positive experience. I've trusted them with my vehicles and they have never let me down. Asa woman coming into any auto repair shop, there can be a high level of trepidation. But fear not, the staff is profession, non sleazy and transparent on the cost of repairs.

I was scheduled for repair on Friday, but I had to be elsewhere then. Hodgkis Garage allowed me to reschedule to the Thursday before on short notice! Service was completed by the afternoon. Excellent customer service.

Great service all around will definitely be coming back:) a special thanks to Cody really helped me understand what’s going on with my car and help me get to a great price will definitely be doing service with him again :)

Traveling all over Colorado from Texas and had a strange sound coming from my vehicle. Jasmine at hotchkiss helped us out and got us worked in in amazing time. So thankful for this repair shop. Super kind people and wonderful service.

They were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that was clear and respectful. I really appreciated how they never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing.

Hotchkiss is the best! It’s stressful to trust a new place with your car but this team is so helpful and communicative that it makes it so much easier to know you’re leaving it in good hands. When they do their diagnosis they send you a full report with photos of your car’s issue as well as a breakdown of cost to actually see what you’re paying for before you agree to them doing the work. I had a big project done and a few days later I accidentally got my back hatch lock stuck so I ran it over just before closing and Kyle came out and fixed it for me. They all have such a positive attitude which is so nice and sometimes hard to come by these days. Thank you for all your help!

Always a great experience here. Thorough and take time to explain what’s going on, and very reasonably priced. They flagged an issue that needed to be fixed, but recommended that I get it done at the dealer since it was under warranty to save money.
