I Have been using Hotchkiss since moving into the area 20 years ago and whenever anyone new comes into the neighborhood I always recommend them for their fairness and transparency. II have dealt with many different employees over the years and have never had a bad experience. Most recently I have dealt with Kyle who is very conscientious and kind which means a lot when you are faced with costly car repairs. Honestly if they ever went out of business I don’t know what I would do as I’m not sure there is anyone out there that compares to their quality of service.

I needed a new repair shop and I chose Hotchkiss because I respect Cody and I am very confident in his knowledge and honesty. My oil change service was done same day and they also noticed a tail light was out and fixed my radiator cap. The prices were fair and the customer service was great.

Fantastic! My skid plate/splash guard had partially fallen off, making a horrible grinding sound on the asphalt. They were super courteous, got my car in and out to remove it so I could continue driving that day. They didn't have to work so fast, but I really appreciate it. It was a very busy day for me with driving and I don't know what I would do without my car!

This place was fantastic! I found them based off their reviews and they did not disappoint. I was immediately greeted by the knowledgeable person at the front desk to which she comforted me letting me know that they had specific tests for why my jeep was overheating. That night, I was texting that the initial tests hadn't given answers so they'd continue in the morning. The next day I received a quote through my email as they figured out what the problem was. The email had an itemized quote and a spot to accept the chargers for work to be done. I clicked yes and found out they started work soon after. I got a call when it was almost done and by the time I got to the shop I was told it was on a test drive. Shortly after paying my baby was back in business. 100% recommended.

Took 2 cars in for diagnosis. I sent An email diagnosis with the problems, the level of concern, as well as the price repair each item. Made it very easy for me to decide what I could afford to do and that which things I could wait on communication was excellent and both cars drive great

I come to Hotchkiss for Cody. If you need “A Guy”, Cody is your guy. Cody has been my trusted guy since 2017. I have followed him to 3 different shops in those 7 years and will continue to do so as long as he’s in this career. He is the best of the best and Hotchkiss is lucky to have him and will have my full trusted business and recommendation to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I appreciate the level of customer service I receive, and the level of trust that I can have with this shop. Seriously, Hotchkiss will take care of you, and you’ll know your car will get taken care of right!

I recently had my brakes serviced with Hotchkiss and I really appreciate their communication and transparency! They did a great job with the brakes and offered other maintenance suggestions with their honest opinion + suggested timeline of what takes priority, while not pressuring me to get unnecessary things done at the moment. I felt listened to and honestly trust they did a great job. Glad I made the switch to Hotchkiss and I would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Hotchkiss Auto Repair and their incredible team! I was relieved to hear that Kota, my go-to mechanic, had moved here, and they did not disappoint! When my brakes gave me a scare on the highway, Kota and the team got me in fast and had everything fixed within just two days. Not only was the service quick, but they were also super transparent about the issue and the cost—no surprises, just honest, quality work.The whole staff was incredibly friendly and made the entire process seamless. To make the experience complete there is always a bit of subtle humor just waiting to be unleashed. With Cody at the front end management helm, his years of experience are evident from the “get go” as he shares relevant detail re the problem in a truly comprehensible and knowledgeable manner. Some people just have the gift of imparting information in a confident and gracious manner. Cody does this almost as a zen master. Supported by Jasmine and Dani in the front office…..well these two authentic, warm and capable women complete the care team with whom I have interchanged.
