These guys are amazing! They are honest and give you a heads up if they see something that could become a problem in the future, they work hard to get the work done in a timely manner, and they are always greeting with a smile.

Overall great experience, would definitely recommend! Jasmine was especially friendly and helpful plus made things easy to understand and was very knowledgeable in general as well! Will definitely be back

Very quick and easy to schedule, drop off was fast and great service. Got my vehicle back within the day and received a report about my vehicle before picking it up. Will definitely continue to go to Hotchkiss!

I took a truck here for a pre-sale inspection. They lifted it up and told me to come look underneath and showed me all the problems. They could have not told me about that stuff and told me the truck was fine, but they were HONEST. Hugely important in this industry. Plus they have a nice waiting room with a comfy couch. Definitely coming back here.

Got referred in by a friend. Hotchkis had great reviews. They quoted me a price to change the oil and rotate the tires on my new (5000 miles) 2025 Subaru Crosstrek wilderness. Left the car overnight while I went out of town and when I got back, they told me they had to use a special oil. Told me they would charge me the quoted price anyway, but next time would have to pay for the special oil. So grateful that they are certified to work on Subaru and used the correct oil. Over the top customer service to charge me the price they quoted even though the oil they used was more expensive. Really nice work.
