I Love HotchKiss Auto Repair! They are fast and friendly. I was recently there to get a tune up on my 2017 Infiniti QX 30 and they reached out to me to let me know minor issues they found within my vehicle to be fixed as well as had my car ready for me the same day Though I declined on fixing the minor issues; I will be back to get it fixed at at later time.!

Been here twice and will surely come back. Jenna and the team are fair at pricing and experts when it comes to auto repair and care. Got my transmission drain and fill and AC fixed. It saved me the time and effort and I can’t thank them enough on how awesome of a job they did. They earned my trust, if you are on the fence about trying out this place I say DO NOT HESITATE, just give them a call and their outstanding customer service will get you set up.

Hotchkiss Motors is just what i look for in an auto garage: professional, reliable, knowledgeable, informative and customer focused. They have always done good work at a reasonable price. They follow up to be sure I’m satisfied and have gone the extra step when I had an out of state issue. I can’t recommend them enough for your auto and truck maintenance and repair needs. Brought my car in for a rough idle/misfire issue. They diagnosed it as spark plugs and wires, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I made sure to cold start the car and test it under load before leaving, and it’s running noticeably smoother now — completely fixed the issue. Appreciate the transparency, patience, and solid work. I’ll be back. Also want to note that Shelby was amazing. Great customer service and knowledgeable

I was referred to Hotchkiss by a friend after I wanted a second opinion/estimate on some repairs recommended by another mechanic on my Subaru that seemed pricey. Turns out the big ticket items weren't needed, just a couple of maintenance fixes and something to keep an eye on that I'll return to this fall before winter driving. Excellent communication all around, and you can bet I'll be back. Thanks for the great service!

I brought my wife’s Toyota 4Runner in after looking online extensively for an auto repair shop with good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. They did a great job and fixed the problem, didn’t try to charge me for services not needed, communicated, and I will be a return customer.
