Terrible! Take your car to a HONEST company. Another mechanic solved the problem the same day for a lower price. ……….. When I dropped it off at 11, they told me it would be a few hours before they looked at it. They didn’t look at my car until 4 hours after I dropped it off. Then they said they couldn’t find the problem and I needed to show them. My car only malfunctioned after it ran for a while, so it wasn’t happening with the technician in the car with me. I was told I could bring it back and pay an extra $50 for a more extensive inspection after paying $100 for the first inspection. I almost did it but when I talk we to the lady she said, I would still have to wait all day again. My car wouldn’t have priority even though I’m bringing it back and nothing was done the first time. I took it to another mechanic and they were able to fix the problem that day.

Very thorough and honest customer service and expertise. Used these guys when I moved to Denver and never felt uncomfortable with their work or pricing.

They are amazing. So thorough and detailed, they gave me the most complete report with proof of every single thing. They even helped me after they were closed and waited with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Truly went above and beyond explaining things, gave great recommendations for repairs. They are seriously the most transparent and honest auto shop. My tech was Jasmine, she was awesome and worked around my schedule and explained everything! That was the best experience I've had working with an auto shop. I encourage everyone to support them!

Hotchkiss is amazing! I have had a handful of different issues with my car over the last few months and they have fixed all of them in great time and a reasonable price. Whenever I had questions about the quotes, issues, etc., they spend the time to explain to me what's going on and what is needed or not needed to resolve the problem. I appreciate their kindness, time spent talking with me, and their follow up on how my car is doing after I pick it up.

Called in to get a quote on some work on my truck, the people I spoke with were great! Broke things down better and easier to understand, gave great time lines and prices! Keep it up! Forgot to add but called back for my other truck and got an amazing quote on new tires, I’ll travel the distance to bring my vehicles here from now on!
