Took my 2008 Lexus RX350 with 85,000+ miles for a mechanical glow up. Jasmine at the front desk was an absolute GEM. She greets customers with calm and warmth; Hotchkiss is so lucky to have her. I dropped Lexicon off the night before; the next day, Jaz (Jasmine) emailed me with a diagnostic list, photos, and pricing. I gave my approval, they fixed Lexicon up, and I was happy. I'm not an expert, but I suspect their prices are a bit higher than average...but I will still take my car(s) there because they so clearly outline the problems and prices. (I did make the mistake of thinking they would do a follow-up inspection at no extra charge...Lex was shaking a bit at stop lights...but no, it was $200.) My advice: Ask questions first and get clear about pricing. ********* Oh, and enjoy basking in the glow of Jasmine's emanating kindness. *********
