I come to Hotchkiss for Cody. If you need “A Guy”, Cody is your guy. Cody has been my trusted guy since 2017. I have followed him to 3 different shops in those 7 years and will continue to do so as long as he’s in this career. He is the best of the best and Hotchkiss is lucky to have him and will have my full trusted business and recommendation to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I appreciate the level of customer service I receive, and the level of trust that I can have with this shop. Seriously, Hotchkiss will take care of you, and you’ll know your car will get taken care of right!

I recently had my brakes serviced with Hotchkiss and I really appreciate their communication and transparency! They did a great job with the brakes and offered other maintenance suggestions with their honest opinion + suggested timeline of what takes priority, while not pressuring me to get unnecessary things done at the moment. I can’t say enough good things about Hotchkiss Auto Repair and their incredible team! I was relieved to hear that Kota, my go-to mechanic, had moved here, and they did not disappoint! When my brakes gave me a scare on the highway, Kota and the team got me in fast and had everything fixed within just two days. He's a legit professional and subject matter expert who will go out of the way to ensure that your vehicle is repaired thoroughly, without tacking on a bunch of nonsense services and charges. I called on a random Tuesday and Cody and the lovely front office staff actually got me in and were able to preform the maintenance I needed. Finding a mechanic you can trust in your neighborhood is a dream, and we’ve found that in Hotchkiss. On one occasion, I had an idling issue that was solved by simply blowing out my fuel lines. They didn’t charge me a cent for that. At another trip, I wanted to get my brakes checked because they were squeaking. They told me they were just dirty and I could get another 5,000 miles out of them before checking again. Most shops charge as much as they can or milk you for as many repairs as they can per visit. Not this crew, and that’s why I keep coming back!
