Kyle and the whole team are very wonderful. I replace my tires here a couple years ago. Very friendly service at time. Just had a nail in my tire and brought it back in. They stand behind their work and repaired my tire free of charge. Who does that? What a wonderful group of people. My business stays here. Thank you Hotchkiss team!

Had a great experience at Hotchkiss. I had been told by another shop that 3 things needed repaired on my car equating to ~$3000. Hotchkiss completed a careful inspection and deemed one of the things was perfectly fine, one needed repaired, and the last needed further testing. They completed the test and found out that it didn’t even need fixed! Very thorough and Jenna was excellent at explaining everything and following up.

Price matched competitors and my car is working well. They were friendly and knowledgeable and seems liked they really cared about stressful experience of my Power Steering Control going out during a snow storm. Glad I towed my car from the dealership to their repair center to help me get my car up and running again.

Jenna made the service experience a positive one. She was very easy to communicate with, sent text messages and phone calls with frequent updates. I also loved how all service recommendations were made via text with a link to approve or reject recommended service. The Jeep is running much smoother than it was and no leaks yay! Thank you Jenna, the mechanics in the back and Hotchkiss in general! Would recommend and would return! Great experience overall!
