Afterhours & Contactless Drop-Off

The Hotchkiss Auto team is devoted to added convenience for our customers. Our vehicle & key drop off is a service designed to accommodate busy schedules. It is also a safer way to operate during the ongoing health pandemic! You can park a vehicle with an appointment on East Colfax or in the lot to the east of our shop. Then slip an envelope with your keys inside through our front door mail slot - please write your personal information on it. We will contact during business hours and complete the vehicle in-take process!

When requested, we can gladly facilitate a contactless vehicle pick-up with over-the-phone credit card payment upon the completion of the repair.

Loaner Vehicles

No need to sit and wait for your repair to be done. We have three loaner vehicles ready for you to borrow while we work on your car. They are NOT luxurious, but they provide a simple mobility solution to our loyal customers. The vehicles are first come, first serve and normally require an advanced reservation. Please confirm availability the day prior to your appointment.

**Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our loaner vehicle service is limited to exceptional circumstances for the safety of our employees and our customers. Thank you for understanding!**

The Hotchkiss Auto team partners with two reputable Denver-area towing businesses. They are here to help get your vehicle to our shop for diagnoses and repairs. During business hours, our team can assist in getting you an appointment, especially if your vehicle suddenly fails and you are stranded. We also recommend calling your insurance company because many vehicle insurance policies include towing coverage.
