I have been going to Hotchkiss Auto for over 15 years now and there is absolutely no way that I would want to bring any of my cars anywhere else! Dave, Christie and the entire rest of the Hotchkiss crew are incredibly friendly, professional, trust-worthy and treat your car like their own whether you need an oil change or larger repairs. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Fair prices and honest. Didn't worry about them overcharging me or trying to fix every little minor thing on my car. Gave me some recommendations for maintenance as well as contact info for a great upholstery repair place. Will be back

I have wrote a review previously on Hotchkiss auto repair and I am here to write another one. This shop and it's staff are top notch. As a female, often we are taken advantage of when it comes to automotive repair. This happened to me with a shop in Grand Junction. A repair I paid for was not done or not done correctly. Christy with Hotchkiss stepped up and helped me after being stranded on the side of i70w and paying to have my vehicle towed back to Denver. She got my part replaced with the proper part that was safe. She went out of her way to send me pictures of the damaged part and also told things that need attention. Things that the prior automotive shop never brought to my attention. Christy stayed in contact with me through out the entire process, and was even in contact with the previous shop that did the initial repair to get my part covered under warranty. She made me feel not alone, safe and not taken advantage of. That means a lot when you are in stressful situation. She made my repair a priority for the day even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. She and the staff have once again proven that good people still exist in their industry. This in one of the many reasons that when I am in Denver I will go out of my way to use and refer their shop. Thank you Christy, Sarah and the Hotchkiss staff for being not a great shop but great people. Sarah is very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to get me a price on work being done on my vehicle by another shop. My vehicle needed immediate attention while I was out of town. Sarah went above and a bound just to make sure I was not being taken advantage of? Who does that anymore? Sarah with Hotckiss does! I will never take my car to any other place! The people who work here are the most honest, genuine folks I’ve ever met. My battery died late on a Friday and they were gracious enough to replace my battery with a moments notice! This is just a single example of their amazing customer service! There have been many more.

I could mention all the ways I love this shop but I will be brief..... I would never ever take my car anywhere else. Great, honest mechanic with super front office. The best shop ever!
