I recently had an issue with my daughters car where she was left stranded . Already in a bad situation and needing help quickly, we turned to Cody at Hotchkiss. They were able to fix the issue and get her back on the road again in no time. We couldn't be happier and will return to Hotchkiss again!

Service was exceptional. Knowledgeable team that values honest and thorough work, especially Kota. People like him make a trip to the shop the experience it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers, their vehicles, and their experience. Which is a rare thing to find in any mechanic shop these days. Absolutely recommend. 💯

Hotchkiss did a thorough and detailed inspection of a car I was thinking of selling. Cody, the service advisor, was so helpful and offered some great suggestions on what to repair and what not to bother with. I was so impressed that when I sold the car, I referred the buyer to Hotchkiss for regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

Superb experience! From the time I walked in, to getting an outline of my inspection, with pictures of all the tests done and read outs, it was so detailed, and I could see exactly what I wanted done. They fixed it incredibly fast, let me borrow a loaner for the day, and the car drives great! The front desk gal, Danni, was so sweet! And Cody, the mgr was also super friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable. Never going back to the dealership!

I had my car in to Hotchkiss in Sept and Oct for brakes, front and back. Sept 23rd was the first appointment for oil and brakes. They got the oil changed but couldn't get parts in time. They let me know right before the shop closed but gave me a loaner. Picked up the next day and they only got the back brakes done. Go back for the front brakes. They ordered the wrong parts. Go back for a third time finally got the front brakes done. After that something was banging around on the front end when I hit a any kind of hole on the road. They had to "warranty" the brakes. So at least they warrantied the parts and labor and fixed it for free. I don't remember if they did the work that day, but think I had to bring it back again to finally have it replaced. I'm patient and asked the technician doing the checkout what happened? I had been in 4-5 times to get brakes replaced. Wasn't looking for anything specific but really just an acknowledgement since sometimes issues like this aren't visible since there are so many people involved. The supervisor in the back perked up and said oh yea, we'll look into that and give you a call. No one ever called, thus my review.

I have been a very satisfied customer at Hotchkiss for more than 30 years. This auto mechanic shop treats everyone like your a member of an elite group that's been a preferred client for years even if it's your first time! All of their mechanics know you by name, and the entire staff has such respect for you and your vehicle. The best thing about Hotchkiss, is their respect and deference to women! They tell you the truth and provide you with whatever options to repair your issue that are cost effective and always in a timely manner. I came in with a longterm problem I had been having with my car, that other mechanics have checked on and had no solution for. I told them what the problem sounded like they were able to fix it. They kept me updated. Im happy to say when i finally picked up my car, i drove home with the radio low just to hear how nice my car drove. They asked for an update the following day and even left a sticker for my next recommended check up. Everyone was very nice and there was always someone to answer my calls.
