I am going to give Hotchkiss a tentative 5 star rating. I called this morning to discuss an ongoing problem with my vehicle. The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable, but unfortunately rushed. As she aptly pointed out, we had been on the phone for ten minutes and she really needed to get her morning started. To be clear, Hotckhkiss is a very busy establishment. I truly appreciated her taking the time to speak with me at all given my tendency to ramble on about the difficulties I have experienced getting a proper diagnosis from other businesses. I scheduled an appointment and am super-excited to hopefully get a proper diagnosis/repair this time! Update to follow!

I'm a female, these people treat me with respect & listen to me. They are fair in there pricing. I've been a good customer for 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone but David Hotchkiss to work on my vehicles.

I was in the market for a used car and Hotchkiss was close to where I was looking. They did vehicle inspections on a couple cars until I found something that wasn't a lemon. Super friendly folks!

I discovered this place about 2 years ago when i had major problems on my Dodge, they did a great job on it. Since then i have been using their services and referred them to my friends and neighbors. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always here for you to feel like at home. Great place to get your car fixed in no time
