This is the second time I be used Hotchkiss Auto and been 110% impressed with the incredible level of service. I really like these guys. You need to book ahead, because they're very popular. However, they are good and very reasonably priced.

My vehicle took a turn for the worst, and had it towed to Hotchkiss on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. From start to finish, i was nothing but impressed by the level of service provided by Hotchkiss Auto Repair. They even lent me a loaner car. They identified the problem, and recommended additional services (which I came to expect but never felt pressured into them). I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I brought my car here after a negative experience elsewhere. Received a truly comprehensive explanation of the issues and the cost. I wasn't rushed or spoken down to.
