This is not a turn and burn repair shop; they stay busy taking care of their customers and giving each vehicle personalized expertise, so be aware that depending on the repair and availability of parts needed, the job may take a few days. The wait is always worthwhile because you can be sure that the work is correct and no corners were cut. Their building is unique, and the front office area is organized and tidy. My experience with the employees has always been positive.They're patient and listen to what I have to say about my car when I bring it in, rather than dismissing or making me feel like my observations don't matter to them.
