As a woman, walking into auto shops can be super intimidating. This one just felt...different! The building itself is made of a charming old brick and was decorated with vintage gas pumps and signs. The front door leads you into a large, open room with a well-lit waiting room on one side and 4 desks with professionally-dressed employees waiting to help you on the other (bonus: one of them was also a woman!). Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and the vibe definitely felt more relaxed than some other shops I've been to. My vehicle was in and out very quickly, the price was fair, and I didn't feel like they were telling me to fix things just because I may not know any better. I felt comfortable driving my car out of the lot because this local, family-run business assured me my car was safe and bet their reputation on my positive experience. I will definitely be coming back!
