This place lives up to the hype. The hospitality and customer services here is exceptional, kudos to Marseilles as he helped me throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. They really take care of you here.

My son’s car broke down over the weekend and I live in Chicago. Was recommended to Hotchkiss, so we dropped it off on Saturday. Monday morning they called and got the ball rolling with the diagnosis, cost and repairs. Pricing in fair but their customer service was AMAZING! Kept me in the loop with everything, great communication either via text or phone call. Vehicle runs great now and would definitely go back there with any issues. Thanks again!!

This place is hands down my favorite auto shop. They'll help you make the right choice for repairs by going over everything with you and answering any questions. They have a great process for approving repairs and pricing seems very reasonable.

The team at Hotchkiss were totally accommodating, extremely thorough and very efficient. Cody Leach worked with me to explain what was found in their initial inspection.
