Denver Auto Repair

I called Hotchkiss Auto Repair out of the blue hoping to get an honest auto repair shop. Emily set me up to bring my car in for a quote for front brakes which was reasonable. I dropped my car off the following Monday and left it there the entire day. Unfortunately they could not get the parts in time to have it ready so they gave me a loaner car for the night because I had a commitment. Early the next morning my car was ready. The next day I had a grinding noise coming from my front brakes. Of course I had more commitments needed my car. I was going to wait a few days but the noise got worse and I was very concerned. I reached out to Emily and she had me bring it in. It was fixed within two hours and I was on my way. Everything is now fine and I am more that pleased and impressed how outstanding Emily and the staff treated me. So I give them the highest rating and fully recommend them for your repair. If I need more work done, Hotchkiss is where I will take my car. Jim L (Denver)

I highly recommend Hotchkiss Auto repair. They have knowledgeable mechanics and I like the system they use to send a report with photos following an inspection. They handled a service issue I had professionally and with excellent customer service. All of the office staff I interacted with were very friendly.

the service was great and it was a really quick turn around! i got my brakes and a couple motor mounts done with them and my vehicle is running so much better. i would definitely recommend coming here!

This shop is great! They were super knowledgeable and straight forward. I had some expensive work done to an older car (big gamble), but before we went ahead with it I went down to the shop because there was one thing I wanted to test that would basically help verify that the car would run well after the fix (pulling O2 sensor to “bypass” catalytic converter). When I stopped by to ask if we could try it, they had already done it and pulled it out of the garage for a quick test ride. They were able to bring the cost down a bit from the original estimate and they handled everything like pros. They even followed up to make sure the car was running ok.
