I had such a good experience working with the staff at Hotchkiss Auto. I am not that knowledgable about cars and have been taken advantage of in the past, so it is always a daunting experience. BUT they really took care of me, didn't make me feel stupid and included me in the whole process. Shoutout to Edgar especially with being very communicative and honest with me. I really appreciated their customer service and highly recommend them to anyone seeking some auto service.

Excellent first experience with Edgar’s assistance! Subaru Dealer had given me a very thorough, but extremely expensive, inspection and repair estimate for my 2011 Outback. Hotchkiss inspected and provided me with an estimate that was much more affordable, and most importantly, prioritized repairs into three steps that better fit my budget. Thanks for helping me keep my teenage daughter’s car safe!

Definitely knowledgeable folks here. I needed an alignment after aftermarket steering linkage installation on a lifted Wrangler and they were happy to do it to the manufacturer's specs. They still had the spec sheet I provided them in hand when I came to pick it up, and explained to me why the castor was a couple degrees short of the spec. All made sense and the Jeep drives like a dream now. Good price too!

I’ve gone here twice for work now and both times required diagnosis beyond what I could do myself. Sharon was awesome to work with, and got everything fixed at a very fair price. Nothing but good things to say about this business. Highly recommend!
