I have been a Hotchkiss devotee since moving to the hood six years ago. They are always SO kind, super efficient, and very thorough. I will never go to another mechanic for as long as I live in this neighborhood.

I had a terrific experience, Terry , Emily were so nice and professional at the same time. I finally found place I can refer my friends to.

Hotchkiss was top notch from start to finish! I brought in my Jeep for a engine check up. I suspected a leak and Hotchkiss confirmed it with a pressure test. They went through the procedure with me, gave me a run down on the total cost and started to work on my car promptly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative, and I was able to pick up my car within a week. Will def. return again for future repair.

I always receive excellent service at Hotchkiss Auto Repair. They always correctly diagnose the problem and fix it. Most importantly they are honest. Also they have a really nice waiting room if you decide to wait there until the service is done. I highly recommend them.

My 17 year old daughter had her catalytic converter stolen at school and Hotchkiss was nearby and had great reviews. Wow, did they impress! They were fast, and reliable and kept me abreast of the process the entire time. More importantly, Lenny was incredible to work with. I put my daughter to task of bringing in the car (her first experience dealing with car maintenance!) and Lenny treated her so kindly and made it a great experience for both of us. Imagine sending your 17 year daughter to handle her car maintenance and she comes back and says “they were so nice!”. That enough makes me want to use them again if needed. They even came in at a very reasonable price and saved me some money. Highly recommend. The 5-star reviews of Hotchkiss are reliable!

My vehicle has been a thorn in my side since I moved to Denver in April 2022. First the AC goes out, my passenger front tire flies off out of nowhere, if I don’t start my car for days it dies, there’s a horrible grinding sound from my front drivers side, the list goes on. I’m dealing with all of this while trying to establish myself here so I’m feeling broken down one day when I try to start my car and it won’t. I’m fed up at this point so I figure out transport to and from work while looking for a place to be take my car. Top of the list Hotchkiss. I call and make the appointment and they get me in the next day. I had thorough diagnostics by the following day. I was tight on money at the time so I had to find the amount they told me a crucial repair would cost plus the diagnostics. They gave me the time to come up with it which took me a little longer than I wanted, but they were just so kind and patient with me. Later they found I needed another part, but I just couldn’t afford it. On my way to pick up my car I’m kicking myself for not being able to afford the part because it wouldn’t truly be fixed now and I would just end up having to pay for the repair again later. When I arrive they want me to talk to Tom specifically. He reminds me of the situation and the other part I needed. . . Then he shows me that it’s been provided and discounted. I was fighting SO hard to keep back the tears. It was my first honest break since I moved here. I’ll be back for sure and trying to pay extra. The staff is amazing. The shop is great! They’re fast and thorough. They strive for excellence. Highly recommended.
