I highly recommend Hotchkiss Auto repair. They have knowledgeable mechanics and I like the system they use to send a report with photos following an inspection. They handled a service issue I had professionally and with excellent customer service. All of the office staff I interacted with were very friendly.

the service was great and it was a really quick turn around! i got my brakes and a couple motor mounts done with them and my vehicle is running so much better. i would definitely recommend coming here!

This shop is great! They were super knowledgeable and straight forward. I had some expensive work done to an older car (big gamble), but before we went ahead with it I went down to the shop because there was one thing I wanted to test that would basically help verify that the car would run well after the fix (pulling O2 sensor to “bypass” catalytic converter). When I stopped by to ask if we could try it, they had already done it and pulled it out of the garage for a quick test ride. They were able to bring the cost down a bit from the original estimate and they handled everything like pros. They even followed up to make sure the car was running ok.

I am giving them 5 stars just for the fact that they are honest! They know what they can do and what they can't and they don't recommend services that are not needed. If you are looking for a good place to go for routine maintenance , this place is a good option.

Just moved to the neighborhood and went to Hotchkiss for the first time for an oil change, maintenance inspection, and strut repair. Emily was just awesome to work with and the prices they got me were fantastic! Highly recommend them!
