I’ve been looking for a reliable local/independent auto repair service for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I’ve never had an easier time getting my car fixed. as a young woman it’s always intimidating getting anything done to your car, you never know if you’re gonna be taken seriously or completely ripped off but the people at Hotchkiss have been nothing but the best. they’re so accommodating, and very transparent with everything from prices to urgency of repairs. even with the price of parts i always feel like i’m getting the most quality service but they don’t waste any time either, i often get my car back before 48 hours. they’ve always honored the warranty with no issues and have never pushed me to fix anything i didn’t want to. if your car needs anything but collision repair (their recommendations for that were amazing though) then this is the place to go!

My Silverado was the target of an unsuccessful auto theft. Considerable damage was done to the steering column and ignition switch.
