I really like Hotchkiss Automotive their prices are a little steep for me but they do definitely do a good job

Everyone at Hotchkiss is so kind and informative. They are honest about what needs attention vs. what is preventative. They provided the best auto report I’ve ever received which included photos and an explanation for each item. Everything was complete in a timely manner which is always nice.

We went to Hotchkiss Auto Repair to fix some parts of our car after an accident and we expressly asked for pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. They said they would. When we got our car the next day, they told us they had forgotten to take photographs, but that if our insurance had any questions about the repair, "they could just contact us." Well, our insurance reached out to them and then ultimately denied our claim because they could not provide photographic evidence of the accident. Hugely disappointed with our service as I feel like photographs after an accident (especially when prompted by the customer prior to any repairs being done) are pretty standard for insurance purposes, and their assurances that they could just talk to the insurance company to get it covered was deceptive and merely an attempt for us to not raise any objections at the time of repair. I would not go back here.

My longtime mechanic recently closed and I found Hotchkiss through great online reviews. Terry and the team did great work on my Jeep and I was impressed with the communication during initial inspection, during repair and even with the follow-up days after I picked up. I will definitely be back and would refer Hotchkiss for anyone looking for a fair and transparent auto service shop

Right on time for winter! Hotchkiss replaced my tires. Pricing was better than Discount Tires. Super knowledgeable about the best tire I needed for my truck. Everyone was so personable, I really enjoyed the short wait in getting my vehicle ready for the winter season. Highly recommend this neighborhood auto repair shop. They do everything!!!

All reps were very polite and kept me informed on details of the repairs needed and cost.

Hotchkiss garage is wonderful. Emily even spoke to the insurance company for me after someone hit my parked car. They also fix my door. I thought it was going to cost much more and they would have to replace a part, but no something was moved off track after I was hit. You can trust Hotchkiss to do the right thing.
