My experience here has been amazing. I first called because I had questions about getting my battery programmed which no one else could do. The only option I had was to take to the dealership which was going to cost $300! Ridiculous. I called Hotchkiss auto and they got me in right away to do the programming of the battery and quoted me $60-$100 depending on how long it took. I sat at the auto shop for about 20 minutes. They were able to get my battery programmed for me and did not charge me a single penny! The whole staff was nice, welcoming, and they had a nice waiting room for me to sit in while they worked on my vehicle. Will definitely go back for more services in the future! 10/10 recommend

Excellent service, terrific communications. I couldn't ask for better. Shelby, at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, thorough, detailed and kept me informed as the work was being done. Couldn't ask for more other than a larger parking lot!

Best shop for repair

Have previously gone to Hotchkiss for a seater heater button that broke, and they did a great job fixing this for me. I was thrilled to find them, a real neighborhood gem! I returned recently and am happy to say they remain a neighborhood gem! I returned because my driver side mirror was hit while my car was parked, and I needed to replace it. Shelby was super helpful and kind, and responsive, as were other people in the Hotchkiss office. They sorted my mirror in a timely way and added an oil change for me that they recommended, all done professionally and courteously, and I think for a fair price. I should mention that there was a small inadvertent miscommunication (which was equally my ignorance and their oversight), and everyone was very professional and the manager handled the issue well--he clarified a distinction between having Hotchkiss replace a headlight bulb for me and charging for associated labor (3 year warranty with Hotchkiss) versus my purchasing a bulb and changing it myself or having a parts shop change it out (no warranty). All the employees and the manager are professional and reasonable, and I highly recommend them. I intend to continue to prefer their business, and have already referred my boyfriend there. We were visiting from out of state and got a flat tire. Hotchkiss took care of us immediately for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff also.

Super easy from day 1. Dropped the car off and let them know the issue with my A/C. We had a few calls back and forth for status updates. They took the time to diagnose the issue and found out what parts were needed to fix it. No up sells or anything of the sort. Ran other check on the vehicle and reviewed all the findings are reviewed that nothing no additional work was needed. Shelby was extremely helpful and remained in contact throughout the process. I compared the quote with another shop and the other shop said that Hotchkiss was a great choice, that they do excellent work, and that the price was excellent too. Thanks for the repairs!

I have been coming to Hotchkiss for a couple years and they always provide great service. Shelby was great at communication and being transparent about my car issues. I would recommend her to anyone who comes here for service!! She’s great!
