Hotchkiss Auto has completely fallen apart. I’ve been forced to bring my car in weekly for over 7 weeks, and all manager Lennie could give me was a flimsy paragraph about what was “done.” Most recently, my car sat there for 8 days and technician Tara admitted they only worked on it for 3. Unprofessional, disorganized, and careless with customers’ time and money. They clearly take on more than they can handle and leave paying customers hanging. Hotchkiss Auto is not the shop it used to be—sad and disappointing decline.

I am very skeptical when it comes to car shops. After finding this one I no longer have to feel that way. Highly recommend. This will be my go to place with any and all car maintenance!

I’ve been taking my old 2003 Grand Cherokee to Hotchkiss for over a year now and they’ve always addressed my issues perfectly and have kept my Jeep running even after it was neglected its whole life by its previous owners. I brought my car to them after I have been abused by Auto service House .who said they replaced my rotors three times and washed their hands of it. I told Hotchkiss my story and they fixed my car. It runs great now. They are the true professionals. It was just my compressor. I don't know why auto service house didn't want to do that?
