I was passing through Denver making way for New Mexico. I had an odd sound, stopped and checked and discovered a destroyed serpentine belt tensioner. Hotchkiss was not yet open for business that day, but upon arrival the staff, had ordered new parts, put me in a comfy waiting area and repaired my 96 Riviera! Totally professional, totally on point with the quality of the repair and yes, it was that simple and honest. Amazing shop! Thank you!

Excellent, reliable service you can trust. We have an older car and Hotchkiss helps us keep it in good shape. The team has a really strong culture of friendliness, patience and customer education that shines through in every interaction. They have a cozy little waiting room with free coffee, and while waiting there I overheard an employee ask a customer 'would you like me to teach?' before giving a detailed explanation of why it can be dangerous to replace a single tire at a time (different circumferences on a fixed-rotation-speed drive system!). I really liked this way of consent-checking before doling out expertise and I think it captures the team's respectful, customer-first attitude. I always come away from Hotchkiss having learned a bit more about my vehicle and feeling confident that they've taken good care of it. First time here and I was really impressed. They happened to be the closest shop to me at the time and I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. They did an amazing job but it was the customer service that really set them apart. Cody helped me out and I can tell they actually care about the customer and not just running up the bill. These guys are great. I live in Nashville but my daughter lives in Denver. Her car broke down. I have never not been there for her. I've always worked on her car. I found Hotchkiss and read their reviews and liked what I read. I called up and got a very professional employee that understood my situation and assured me she was in good hands. They got her car in and called me with a very fair estimate. I approved the work thinking it would take 3 days. They were able to get the parts and car fixed the by the end of the next day. The communication was outstanding and they performed a full inspection, recommended some maintenance items which I knew it needed and repaired a brake light wiring issue at no charge just so she was safe. I have been searching for a mechanic since mine retired a few years ago. I have been to many shops and it has been impossible to find one that lives up to my expectations...until now. This team at Hotchkiss wowed me from start to finish. From the appointment setup to the hard part (paying) was amazing. Dani, Cody and the manager Lenny were about the best trio you could have. They made me feel like I was a life-long customer from minute one. I am so grateful that I have found "the one" shop I've been looking for for 2 years.
