Great place. Got my car fixed up very quickly after a body shop messed up a few things with my vehicle. Jenna was great and communicated with me through the whole process. Would definitely go back to them with any future car troubles.

I have taken my 2013 VW Bug here now twice, the first time for some repairs, the second for maintenance. Each time I have received great customer service, as well as quality work done on my car. The prices are fair, and I dont think Ill be taking my bug anywhere but here for the foreseeable future! Thank yall for what you do!

Hotchkiss auto has been my go to for all of my autos repairs for several years now after a friend recommended them to me. I first met Cody and he immediately impressed me with his customer service and professionalism. Shelby was my service advisor most recently and I was very impressed with her ability to communicate and explain clearly to me what my car needed immediate attention to and what could be addressed at a later date to maintain the excellent condition of my car. Their prices have always been fair and worth every penny.

Many of us have had the experience with dealers where you have a problem and all they do is get the codes and do no real investigation. I had that experience recently, in a big way, and was skeptical. Took the car after that to Hotchkiss and they helped me out, in a big way. Would've cost me a couple of house payments at the dealer. Turns out it was just a loose connection and what Hotchkiss charged was less than what they quoted for the diagnostic fee. I'm impressed and will be sending my friends there for sure. Shelby was my service writer and everyone else I met there was friendly too. Thanks a bunch guys. I'll be back!

Love this shop! My experience with Jenna and Shelby has been incredible. They are warm, professional, thorough, give great advice, and never try to sell you repairs you don’t need. The pricing at Hotchkiss feels the most fair and reasonable of any auto repair place I have ever been. They are great!

I recently had a very positive experience with Hotchkiss Auto Repair, and Shelby in particular. I brought my car in for a diagnostic report after Mile High Honda refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my car. Shelby worked to get me in a few days ahead of their next available appointment, listened to me thoroughly, and did a ride-along with me so that she could hear the sounds that signaled my concern. They then produced a very thorough diagnostic report that demonstrated the damage was, indeed, most likely caused by Mile High Honda. Shelby gave me very helpful advice on how to advocate for myself with the dealership (i.e. emails often get disregarded, so it’s best to call anyone who will agree to listen, from the head of service to sales). Thanks to her guidance, I was able to get Mile High Honda to acknowledge my concern, acknowledge that they were responsible for the damage, and agree to complete the repairs without charge. I appreciate Shelby’s excellent customer service and care. I look forward to working with Hotchkiss Auto Repair again in the future.

We were 1400 miles from home and had serious brake and axle issues. Luckoly not only did AAA recommend Hotchkiss but also a couple locals we met spoke highly of them. Very nerve wracking but Jenna and everyone I spoke to there were great. Truck was great all the way home. I cant speak more hihhly about the service here. When my Range Rover developed a major mechanical issue, my first thought was to have it towed to Land Rover of Denver because, after all, they’re supposed to be the “experts.” That decision didn’t last long. My experience with Land Rover of Denver left me feeling like they were far more interested in the cost of the repair—and potentially selling me a new Range Rover—than they were in actually solving the problem with the vehicle I already owned. I knew almost immediately that I wanted a second opinion, so I had my Range Rover towed to Hotchkiss Auto Repair. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Jenna and her team took the time to properly diagnose the problem. And while it didn’t happen overnight, what impressed me most was that they simply refused to give up until they figured it out. They approached the problem methodically, communicated with me throughout the process, and ultimately got my vehicle repaired and back on the road. And then there was the bill. Hotchkiss charged me roughly ONE-FIFTH of what Land Rover of Denver was proposing. Think about that for a moment. The independent shop I had never used before took the time to actually figure out the problem and repaired my vehicle for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge me. For me, this experience was about more than just saving money. It was about trust, integrity, expertise, and genuinely caring about the customer. Hotchkiss Auto Repair is everything I want in an automotive repair shop: ethical, professional, thorough, persistent, and honest. They are a superior alternative to the big corporate dealership model, and in my experience, it isn't even close. I cannot recommend Jenna and her team highly enough. Took one of our cars in for diagnostic service, and Shelby did a great job explaining what they found as well as what they didn’t find. Friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be bringing our cars back for service in the future.

I took my new truck in for an independent inspection and it was completed quickly. Hotchkiss recommended a few repairs which were completed in a couple of days. Shelby was very communicative throughout.
