My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was making a weird noise and check engine light was on. I was scared to take it anywhere as the last time it was in for repairs it cost me a ton of $$$. I took a chance on Hotchkiss and they didn't dissapoint at all. They were so easy to schedule with and made sure to remind me of my apt time. Terry was my service advisor and he was amazing. He communicated every step of their process to me and explained what was happening in a way that was easy to digest and kind. Their pricing was great and straightforward. 10/10 would recommend. Will be bringing my Jeep here from now on.
