From the very start of my experience with Hotchkiss Auto Repair I felt like I was treated with respect and consideration. Scheduling an appointment and the process of dropping-off/picking-up my car was easy. The prices feel fair and, best of all (because this is often my biggest complaint with auto shops), they didn't push/peddle any unnecessary sales on me. They told me the status of various components and let me make my own educated decisions. I will be returning, thank you!

I’ve been looking for a reliable local/independent auto repair service for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. I’ve never had an easier time getting my car fixed. as a young woman it’s always intimidating getting anything done to your car, you never know if you’re gonna be taken seriously or completely ripped off but the people at Hotchkiss have been nothing but the best. they’re so accommodating, and very transparent with everything from prices to urgency of repairs. even with the price of parts i always feel like i’m getting the most quality service but they don’t waste any time either, i often get my car back before 48 hours. they’ve always honored the warranty with no issues and have never pushed me to fix anything i didn’t want to. if your car needs anything but collision repair (their recommendations for that were amazing though) then this is the place to go!

These guys came very highly recommended! So far, they have been fantastic. Outstanding customer service, especially from Marseilles. I received the diagnostic summary via text, followed by a call to discuss details in far less time than I expected. I feel the assessment was thorough and honest, and repairs are reasonably priced.
