I had the pleasure to talk with Jasmine and they were very professional and got what I needed done in a timely manner.

They told me it would be a free diagnosis. I go there they tell me it’s complicated and I gotta pay $100 for labor even though they didn’t do anything. I walked out thinking and they thought I would come back the next day Got the headlights fixed for $200 total with labor and parts on Craigslist instead of playing games with them

Took my car into Hotchkiss as it had some pieces dangling. I worked with Cody who was very kind and professional. He explained things what was going on in an easy to understand way, and helped find the best option to get my car back together. I even got a text message with a link the actual review that was done with all the techs notes which is great!

Brought my car in recently for some routine maintenance and they recommended a couple other things that I ended up doing. They did great work and the manager was very friendly and kept me updated on the progress. One major reason I plan on coming back in the future is that they weren't pushy and explained what each service was and why it was needed in terms that I could understand. Would highly recommend.
