I've been taking my 2004 Xterra to Hotchkiss Auto Repair for about a year now. They are experienced, trustworthy automotive technicians that provide great customer service.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Hotchkiss Auto Repair! They go above and beyond with customer service and keep me updated with any small changes or issues. They also helped me change out my battery for free when other auto shops were having issues. Will be back!

I've been coming to Hotchkiss Auto for years and they truly care about your car and doing everything to take care of it as it was their own vehicle. The customer service is second to none these days especially. Big shout out to Marseilles at the front desk as he is always professional, polite and gives some of the best customer service I have every experienced! Thanks Hotchkiss!

Honest and fair. I went in expecting thousands of dollars and came out with a bill for 230 (drive belt). Happy to trust them with my vehicles from here on out.

I’ve been working with Hotchkiss for years and can’t say enough great things about them. They’re very communicative and have excellent customer service. As a young female, Im always nervous with anything vehicle repair related and how I’ll be treated, but Hotchkiss is always informative and supportive. An added fun bonus- Hotchkiss is very doggo friendly so if you’re like me and walk home after drop offs, def bring your pet! My dog snuggles with at least one employee every time we’re there.

Hotchkiss did a great job with fixing an oil leak in my car. They sent pictures of their inspection that showed the problem they found and made sure to only fix what was necessary. They also followed up after the appointment to make sure my car was working properly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do think it was pricier than it should have been for what work was done. The labor charges costed more than the oil itself that my car uses (which is already more on the pricier side for oil) which made the expense way more than I anticipated it being. Hotchkiss reviews show that they pride themselves with fair pricing, however I dont think the price I paid for my oil change was as reasonable as it could have been. While I would love to go back for future repairs/maintenance in my car i would make sure to get a total cost on everything prior to spending the money to make sure it’s reasonable.

I've been in Denver for about a year and had my brakes replaced about a month after arriving at a different shop, but needed something recently that is more convenient to my job to be able to drop the car and not have to Uber all over. Hotchkiss is close and had good reviews so I went for it, and will never be going anywhere else! They took care of the noises and issues I had for a very reasonable price and had my car sounding as good as new the next day. Normally, I wouldn't be inclined to leave a review after one good service, but someone unfortunately hit my car the very next day after getting it back and some noises returned. Being that it was a busy week for myself, the shop allowed me to bring the car in in the morning and take it back in the afternoon several times while they worked on it in between. The master tech, Brad, even hopped in the car with me on two different occasions to drive around and listen to the mysterious issues, as did Marcellus in the front of house to be able to relay his experience to the techs in addition to my own. They ultimately figured it out, my car sounds pretty much new again, and didn't even charge me for the additional inspections and work, even after putting several days' worth of inspections into it. I worked with Chris a bit during this process (who was super friendly and on top of everything the once we worked together when Marcellus was out) but Marcellus was pretty much my guy from the first time I came in until I picked the car back up post-accident. He could not have been more attentive, up-front, and communicative, even owning up to not calling me early one of the days to let me know that I could have picked the car up early because they weren't going to get to it that day, apologizing profusely for what was truly a non-issue. Honest, quality mechanics aren't always the easiest to find, but Hotchkiss has it in spades - Marcellus' above-and-beyond customer service and Brad's attention to detail and willingness to communicate with customers in the front of house were just the cherries on top. Sorry for the ramble, but they earned it and saved me a LOT of stress and money. As long as I live in Denver, Hotchkiss is my place!
