These guys are great. They've replaced my water pump, Fuel pump and brake lines. My fuel pump started to act up after the replacement. And they warrantied it. They're honest individuals. I trust them for my truck work. The communicate effectively give you text messages with estimates and ETAs. Fair pricing. Convenient. Drop off.

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Hotchkiss. I recently had broken water pump. They hustled to get it replace before a big family road trip. It worked great for a few weeks and then failed because of faulty part. As a result, my Ford Explorer blew the head gasket and needed a new engine. Instead of waiting for the parts distributor to confirm that they would cover the replacement engine, Hotchkiss found a replacement engine and installed it in pretty quick order and covered the engine and installation. It is running great and I will continue to go back to these guys. They are thorough, responsive and do a great job.

Hotchkiss always provides great service (thank you Marseilles!) and high-quality work. They stood by the quality of their work and helped us recently with a warranty of brake pads and rotors.

Hotchkiss really cares about you as a customer. I just had a very positive experience with a mechanic, Marsellus (not sure of the spelling). Hotchkiss also has this cool digital notification system where you can take time to research the suggested repairs and decide what you want to pay for, without the time crunch of being on the phone with a mechanic.

Hotchkiss always does amazing quality work, and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone at the shop has been a tremendous pleasure to work with, but I want to highlight Marseilles for continually going above and beyond to make sure my experiences have been excellent. Great shop!

I worked with Marseilles in the front office to help diagnose a noise that was difficult to reproduce. He along with the other staff in the office are always friendly and courteous. They found the source of the noise and we're able to fix the problem quickly. I've used Hotchkiss for years and they have always provide satisfactory results. I highly recommend them for your next repair. They have added more mechanics recently which makes them even easier to get an appointment.

The engine seized on my Chevy equinox. Thomas, Lenny and the whole team were nothing but supportive and informative throughout the entire process. My car had to sit on their lot for a couple weeks before I could get it towed and they never once hassled me about it. Every time I spoke with someone I was greeted like family.
