Grateful customer since 2013. Hotchkiss did a brakes check up, and changed the oil/filter on 2011 Camry. They also did a used car checkup when purchasing in 2017. Very professional staff. Reliable place for women to know their vehicle will be well taken care of.

Glad I made the switch over from the Cadillac dealership! The service is the best! Come see Marseilles for his friendly and patient service. The crew always addresses my issues with commitment and follow up. When it's routine maintenance, they make sure everything gets inspected before I hit the road.

Got car problems go to HOTCHKISS!!! Ask for Marseilles and he'll take care of you! Very professional and straightforward before any service was done. Appreciated the pictures and detailed info. they sent when they found another issue outside of what it was seen for. Hardworking and Honest!

Great shop! The service was good and timely and pricing was reasonable. Everyone was kind, respectful, and efficient and all-around decent human beings. You get the feeling that this shop is interested in excellence in everything they do. Highly recommended.

Nice shop, very friendly and communicative staff. Haven't shopped around so can't comment on competitive pricing but they are very upfront about costs and it seems reasonable.
